The company was started by Ron Ley and Nick Pullen in 2002. Together they have considerable experience in the construction / property industry. From humble beginnings the company now undertakes multi-million pound development projects.

We pride ourselves in creating innovative homes designed for the people that live in them. So often in this country, house building has been driven by the desire to build quickly and as many homes as possible on each site. In recent years that has led to media criticism about the relatively uninspired designs and layout of modern housing.

We prefer creating individual homes that fit with our vision. Our projects often require our tradesmen to recreate architectural features of the past using their great traditional skills. Even with our new homes, we like to add to their individuality by designing in additional space, wherever possible.
