Rumsam Meadow - 3D modelling

We have recently been modelling some of the house types at our Rumsam Meadow development in Barnstaple. This is site is due to start in Spring of 2010.
Early stages of the modelling shots show how the buildings are created from Autocad. Later stages of the process include rendering the properties to match the materials used to actually build the houses.
Once the final model is produced a video fly by street scene is produced to show the houses in context to the site.
These images show how detailed the properties will be and not just your average development.
