The development in Ilfracombe on Granville Road of 4 apartments is nearing completion and reservations are already taken for all four properties.
Residents of Granville Point the neighbouring development (completed by Charterwell Homes in 2008) have passed comment on how good the new building looks and compliments the street scene greatly.
