Westbourne Villas - Praised by local historian.

Westbourne Villas has been recognised in a recent local paper publication by Jim Bates a local and knowledgeable historian. The building was complimented on its refurbishment to 15 apartments.

A former Victorian Hotel the building now stands tall and proud near the Ilfracombe sea front area. The article acknowledged Charterwell Homes on there reinstation of the building to its once former glory "the conversion has been done most sympathetically keeping the character of those original buildings".
