Charterwell Homes has been working with the Local Authority and has submitted their proposed detailed scheme for approval.

The Development is located on the edge of Barnstaple in the ever popular Rumsam area. Our architects have taken the influence for their design from local architecture and the street scene will incorporate such features as natural stone walling.

Each home has been carefully designed with cleverly detailed external features replicating the early 1900's Arts & Crafts style architectural period.
